As I was browsing through Youtube I stumbled upon one of Yiruma's masterpiece Time Forgets. Yiruma is the stage name of Lee Ru-ma (born February 15, 1978), an internationally-known pianist and composer from South Korea. He is well known throughout the world, and his albums are sold all over the United States and Europe, as well as Asia. His most famous pieces include “Kiss the Rain” (Twilight soundtrack), “May Be” and “River flows in You” (From the Yellow Room).
While I was watching and listening to the music, I scrolled down to view the comments, and there's one comment from flyingweasal007 that struck my attention, his words exactly describes his own interpretation of the music.
A lone soul walks through the white forest.
Icy as his frozen heart he sees his memories still frozen in place.
Though much time has passed, many seasons have changed.
His soul still bleeds for her, every step of the way.
He hopes that like the seasons change, his wounds will heal.
He hopes he may one day forget.
Perhaps one day he can free himself from his icy past.
Leave his pain behind still froozen in those golden memories never to return.
Time will keep moving forward, and so must he.
